2. Digital Services and Projects

Due to the nature of custom software development and digital services, refunds are generally evaluated on a case-by-case basis based on the specific milestones achieved and the terms agreed upon in the project contract.

  • Advance Payments: Any advance payments made for project kickoff or specific milestones are non-refundable once the work for that milestone has commenced.
  • Ongoing Retainers: For ongoing support or maintenance services, you may cancel at any time with a 30-day written notice, but previous months' payments are non-refundable.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be granted if:

  • We are unable to deliver the agreed-upon project requirements due to technical limitations on our end.
  • Both parties agree to terminate the contract prematurely, and an equitable refund amount for uncompleted work is negotiated.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact your project manager or email us directly with your project details and the reason for the request. We aim to review all requests within 10 business days.
